i deposited 30usd with ecopayz almost months ago this casino, after that i won 100 usd from tournament and i request 100usd via ecopayz , after waiting about 2 weeks casino dont want to payout,
first they wanted files for verify account after i send them they rejected with no reason , i sended this files maybe 10 or more rtg casinos before and all of that casinos approved my account why they dont accept? i dont know. in live chat they detain me, end of all they say we can send your money with bank wire i send my bank account info, now after one more week there is no transfer or my money didnt reload my account balance in casino. in lobby my payout seen rejected in spite of that live chat person said that 'it will be your account in 2-3 day later 10 days ago.' i need help.
