I have 4 approved withdraws that were all requested for $2500.00 each which have not been paid. I requested $2500.00 on 1/8, 1/17, 2/7, and 2/19 respectively. 1/8 request was approved for $2372.00 on 1/17. I had to contact customer service as It had been 2 weeks and my withdraw request had not been approved yet. I spoke to Maya. She was helpful and had my request from 1/8 approved immediately as well as payout a withdraw that was approved back in mid November. The November withdraw has been paid. 1/17 request was approved 1/27 for $2500. 2/7 request was approved 2/13 for $2375. 2/19 request was approved on 3/3 for $2296. I have been in frequent weekly contact with P7 customer support. I have stored most conversations in my email, as that is an option from the chat window they offer. In these conversations, starting in February, I have been told that my payment has been escalated. I spoke with customer service today, who informed me that this payment had only been escalated since 3/1, 3/19, and 3/31. I have been lied to by customer support. I have vowed that I am not making anymore deposits until I am send the payments I have fairly won and am owed. Thank you for your assistance.
