On the 19th of January 2017 i won a sweet party progressive jackpot of $256,779.56 that same day i proceeded to withdraw $200,000 in Nemours amounts since this date i have received nothing and have been given the run around in every possible way from saying the finance team will be in touch to the pitboss is handling it to its not our fault playtech havent released it to us...i ask for contact details of someone and playtech they just ignored that i dont understand why this casino offers jackpots if they arnt equipped or capable of paying in the time stipulated in there term and conditions im unsure what to do
