Slots Plus Casino - Missing $1000 cashout, no information, no support

On March 27, 2017 I requested a $1,000 withdraw. Being that it was my first withdraw with them, I knew there was paperwork etc and I waited a few days to be emailed about that. I heard nothing so I contacted them and got that done. I was told I would receive an email once my withdraw was approved. I have not received any emails from them. I have been told via live chat that my withdraw has been approved, and I will receive an email once they know when my wire transfer will happen. Yet now, under "my withdraws" on their website, there is nothing listed....No pending, approved, rejected....It's blank. I'm thinking I won't see that $ ever.
