First off this is only the second time I have a withdrawal. The first was approved Nov.17,2016 finally received Feb. 7, 2017.I initiated all conversation through chat and was never contacted about any problems. Even talked to a manager who I requested to call me and was assured all was fine. Then was told I had to update my info and did that on Dec. 22. Then back and forth with no answers all through January final got the tracking confirmation Feb 3, and got my check on the 7th of 2017. So this time around I wanted for my next withdrawal a wire transfer.
So March 24 I put in withdrawals for $2500 and $102. They were both approved On March 31. So I contacted chat on April 6 to check status and was told it was paid on the April 4th. Then I asked how I was getting paid and I was told check. Then I told them I submitted all the info for wire even before my withdrawal was approved. They told me my next withdrawal would be by wire transfer and I won't get checks any more.
So now I feel like something is strange so I check back in on chat April 10th and was told it was paid on April 7th and would be to the amount of $1673,then I asked in what format and they said wire transfer. So I asked again and they confirmed wire transfer. So my original withdraw of $2602 is now down to $1673 and I get that because of bonus on deposit. However when the play through is done and that amount seems to include the deposit and the percentage you can withdraw, but that gets subtracted anyway. So when writing this I went back on chat and they gave me same total and told me wire transfer.
Lastly why when I deposit there is always a charge over what my deposit is,depending on deposit amount. The more I deposit the higher the charge, The range is $20 to $30 fee. Example $320 deposit was $348 on my bank statement,why is this? My deposits are easy and approved no waiting 7-10 business days, then another 7-10 before I can play,and that's why so many withdrawal complaints.
