I have registered at Mariacasino and I won a decent money on slots. (330euro) I made a withdrawal on 8th of April, but they want to verify my account. Ok, I uploaded my ID card, and a bank account statement on 9th of April, and my account is still on verification. I have contacted the Customer support three times, but they can't tell me any timeframe, just be patient. I don't understand this slow process, because I'm also a member of Unibet casino and Bet365, and there weren't any problems with the withdrawals. All details are valid, and the account and bank card is my own. My withdrawal is on hold for 4 days!
