Planet 7 Casino - Delayed Payments, Conflicting Information

I submitted a request for withdrawals in early March. I sent over the required verification documents the day of the withdrawal. A week later, my withdrawal requests were cancelled. I was told that they did not receive my verification documents. I sent them again. My first withdrawal was approved on March 23. I emailed them on March 30, and received no response. I have contacted live chat 6 times. I was told that the withdrawal time is about 3 business days for approval and 7 business days for bitcoin payment. They do have my bitcoin payment address. The first withdrawal for $2375.00 was approved on March 23, 18 business days ago. I keep getting told that the request is escalated. It will be 24 hours. It will be a week. It will be 20 days. I just want to receive my payments. The other 2 withdrawals for $1250.00 each were approved on April 7, 2017. As of today, April 18, 2017, today is the 7th business day for those withdrawals. While I realize it can take an extra day or so, I do not feel confident that I will get paid for any of my withdrawals because of the run around I have received so I am including them in this complaint because I want the payments that are due to me. It was very concerning that a live chat representative just told me "There isn't a problem or anything. We have thousands of loyal players being paid every day." However, another rep told me payments are only made on Mondays. Please help me.
