My initial request for withdrawal was denied after several weeks due to incomplete paperwork. That situation was rectified and I requested the withdrawal again. It was approved on 3/24 and we are now more than 20 business days passed and no payment.The thing is, I have been paid via check within 2 weeks from other casinos, and I am not even waiting for a check. I am waiting for a bitcoin transfer. Even though I am a US player, it is irrelevant since it is a bitcoin transfer. All tolled it has been almost 2 months. Every time I contact them I get the same canned answer of "it takes 10-15 business days once approved". Several other casinos pay me same day, which makes this even more frustrating.
