I played on Redbet Casino with the welcome bonus. I carefully read the terms for the bonus in order to avoid the games on the disallowed games list.
I made some winnings, 7698 SEK, but when I tried to withdraw my funds from the site i was denied. Redbet claimed that one of the games I played "Blood suckers" was on the disallowed games list. It was not. I have a screenshot of the terms as they stood on the site at the time of playing (18-20 march 2017) and also at the time of my contact with Redbet (20 March 2017) which I have provided at this link http://imgur.com/KjVRDvP.
The document is named General bonus terms and conditions Ver 3 and is published at 7 march 2017. In these terms the game Blood suckers is not included on the disallowed games list. When I look at the Redbet bonus terms today, https://www.redbet.com/en/promotions/bonus-terms-and-conditions, the document have been updated with a new version, Ver 4 with a publish date 22 March 2017. In this new version Blood suckers is included on the disallowed games list.
I believe that Redbet is witholding my payment due to a change in their terms that were not published at the time of me playing the game and making my withdrawl. Witholding the money due to an unpublished terms update that was unavailable to me at the time of playing does not seem fair.
