It has been a month since I’ve ordered a withdrawal of my $412 prize. I sent documents that were successfully accepted. My first withdrawal of $282 was approved on March, 28. I’ve been informed that my request would have taken about 10-20 business days. While I was waiting I made a deposit and won additional $130 that were approved for withdrawal by your employees on April, 6.
Too much time has passed since and I think that casino is breaking its own rules and conditions. I prioritize using online payment systems to receive my payments as quickly as possible. It is my first time when I face such a slow process of withdrawal.
I hope that you will take note of this incident and speed up the process of paying my $412.
