I am currently waiting to receive $1,110.00 in bitcoin. This was the amount after any reductions from bonuses/etc. I expected the payment to take a while, but it has been longer than they told me. All of my documents have been submitted and approved a while back. My bitcoin withdrawal was then approved on March 24. In the email, they said I could expect the payment within 10 to 20 business days. In their terms and conditions it says payments will be sent within 7 business days after approval. I have contacted live support multiple times and they have apologized and told me they would try to escalate it. I understand things can be hectic and take a while, but I would like to receive the payment at least within the long time frame they give me.
