I made a deposit of 30 and used a bonus code that was no max cash out and only 5x play through requirements. I played through all requirements and requested a withdrawal of $750 on the 16.4.
I have sent numerous emails as up until yesterday my withdrawal was still pending in the requested stage .
I finally received an email today back saying my payout request was declined but with no explanation and all funds have disappeared from player account .
If did all I was suppose to do even sent through my verification documents twice . I would like to know why it was declined and where is my $750 ?
