I have $2500 and $2370 withdrawals pending since 04/04/17 and $2500 since 04/11/17. I submitted my withdrawal documents on 04/03/17 and checked with live chat if they received the documents on 04/04/17/ the day i submitted my request for withdrawal. I was told it was not received so I send it the 2nd time and was told the next day everything is okay they received my documents. I checked the status of my withdrawals on 04/21/17 thru live chat and was told i am missing some documents. I send them again for the 3rd time to documents@dreamsmails.com and received an e-mail saying they were received. Today 04/25/17 I checked with live chat and was told im still missing some documents so i send them to manager@dreams casino.com. I am tired of this back and forth, Its been more than 15 business days and i feel the casino is delaying it again. thank you for your assistance
