Spinit Casino - Unfair confiscation of winnings

Just like numerous others on here, SpinIt have confiscated my £913.50 of winnings from their welcome bonus with the following email Dear Sol < surname removed >, We hope this email finds you well. We regret to inform you that your winnings have been removed due to a breach of the bonus's Terms and Conditions during your game play. As per our free spins/bonus terms and conditions only one Bonus offer is allowed per person, account, address, computer and IP address. SpinIt.com reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account apart from the original deposit amount. Sincerely, Security Team SpinIt Support support@SpinIt.com This is absolute nonsense, I only have one account, no one at my address has a spintit account, nor has anyone else used my internet connection to create an account. The amount of people making the same complaints on this forum suggests that SpinIt are confiscating the winnings of winners, and ignoring those who lose their deposit on the site. I will be filing a Subject Access Request to SpinIt to find out the exact reason why my funds were confiscated. I would also point out, that using a slot which pays out often but is not excluded, is likely the only basis for their confiscation in this instance. I'm furious beyond words. I hope SpinIt replies to this complaint, instead of hiding behind their rogue business plan and stealing from their customers. Sol
