hello everyone my username is ginni117 or customer id: 799436944 I opened an account with 888 casino recently. I made an intial deposit of £300 and lost which is fine . Then again I made a deposit of £1200 and luckily I am able to convert £1200 to £15088 while playing live roulette and live baccarat games. then i made a withdrwal request for £15088 . i have already submitted all documents to fully verify my 888 casino account. 888 casino operatinal team acknowledges that my account is fully verified.. then after 3 business days i called customer services they said they will release my funds within 24 hours as everything is fine and is no restrictions on my account. i waited then i called them again one of the customer service agent ,, he said u have to wait again couple of hours but didnt said any particular reason why they not sending my money in my account.. all i am hearing different stories from different customer services agents.. this is almost a week now and i am still waiting for the money .. i want to know if everything is alright , all documents are verified then why casino is not releasing money ... Please help me out as soon as possible ... this is really horrible experience with the 888 casino while withdrawing money .. but there is no problem depositing money in your account .... why !???? plzz help.....
