I had an approved withdrawal of $2400 on March 27, 2017 and still have not received any updates or a fed ex tracking # the way I was told I would get as soon as payment was sent. I've had several different live chat conversations and at least half of them where the operator terminated the char session when I had unanswered questions still. I've called all 3 contact numbers and the last time I spoke with someone was the 13th of April. Since then I haven't been able to get thru to anyone exceot thru live chats. I've been told my payment was sent to processing April 19th and I can't get any other info or updates. I also have a pending withdrawal of $300 that was approved the 13th of April and I'm not sure when I'll get that but I think I have given more than enough time and made more than enough effort to attempt to get this matter resolved thru the representatives of the casino.
