I made a withdrawal request 20/04/2017, almost 17 days ago. The account verification started the same day with me uploading several documents, which all got approved. Several days later they ask for my health insurance card, so I provide them with a photo of it. I haven't heard anything since.
I contact live support almost daily and they always say the same; they're waiting for a response from the payment team. Their support have now sent them three mails about it, but they never seem to get a reply on how the verification process is going. Every time I try to contact them via email it takes around a week before they reply.
Now with my health insurance card leaked (had to send it over mail), I start growing very nervous if they're scamming me.
I attached an email showing that I've sent them the card - took them 12 days before they asked for it. (i covered the last 4 digits for this complaint).
