I have been waitinf for my withdrawal since 11/04/17. It was approved almost immediately but not paid out. I have sent several emails and was told there was an issue with their system. I was then told it was sorted and would be paid in 2 days. That was over a week ago and now they are not responding to my emails. It's £175 and I am very unhappy and won't let this go as I want my money. Please respond to my ticket and pay me immediately.
