I requested my withdrawal at QueenVegas on friday the 12th.
After several emails uploading my id (because the upload function on the website didn't work) i got no reply, neither on the timeframe.
On saturday the 13th (after uploading my id on friday although not specificly asked) i canceled it because you can't withdraw a new amount as long as your withdrawal is not processed.... als you can't deposit if the withdrawal is not processen
Anyhow i requested a new withdrawal saturday the 13th and wondered how long it would take.
I got to chat with Andreas who stated we try to pay all withdrawals within 24 hours.
Now i use Skrill and that's a bit long, but ok no worries...
But as you can figure no payment after 24 hours.
So took the liberty to check the website and the terms, the website also tells withdrawals within 24 hours and the terms state "the same day".
So joined the chat again (Nataliya), told her the same story and she suddenly stated it can take a few days? When i asked why it takes days and countered with my previous chat and there own t&c the chat was aborted.. (serious).
Got back on the chat and got Olga this time, again a different story.
She stated it wou.d be on pending for 24 hours and would be processed after the pending period... this is different than the previous stories and besides my withdrawal was already pending for over 24 hours and still pending....
Also asked why they advertise with fast withdrawals and the terms even state the same day... but on every question i asked i got the same reply; if we need any information we will contact you. So frustrating... so when i finaly got sick of it and told here that i am the one who needed information again chat suddenly shut down....
So again one day later (50 hours) chat with Olga...
FOlga at once could confirm my withdrawal was being processed but since this is done by a different department they can't give any timeframe (not even a week or a month) because the department is very bust (why is that the customers problem) and after stating that i can still see it's just pending and i can even cancel it... chat broke diwn again (serious).
Just a reminder my emails (friday) still not answered after 3 full days (!!!)
So back to chat this time with Kalia.
No answeres what so ever, it's a different department.
I guess they do not communicate between departments since i got 4 different answers, none of these were in line with the t&c and apparentlly it either takes 3+ days to process a withdrawal or the pening period is over 3 days...
(Ps, did not have any bonus or anything, just real money)
As many reviews already stated the withdrawal period and respinse time are absurd.
Also the timeframes Askgambler tells me (us) is incorrect by all means.
Please just fix this as this is just another SkillonNet casino that does everything not to pay out sny winnings...
Ohh and for the record, it's only € 140,00 withdrawn (yes serious)
