I have been waiting for my withdrawal that was approved in January. A single withdraw of $2500. I took the precautionary measure of sending in my documents in November and calling multiple times to verify they had received them and verified them in case I won to avoid that wait. I won over $20,000 that I could have withdrew and only requested $2500. After the wait period of 10 business days I contact them to get a tracking number and it starts that I need to send in documents for verification. I have since been through the document verification 4 times with confirmation emails saying they got them and would be approved soon. Every time I contact them they start off that they are waiting for my documents, when I tell them I have confirmation emails stating they got them, they tell me ohh yea, we see here they were approved, we are waiting for the payment to process. Well we are going on the 5th month and am tired of the run around. I have been very patient but am tired of this. Please help.
