I made a withdrawl (920 Euro) 3. of May.
On 7. May i got the conformation that the withdraw was approved and procesed and the money is on th way to my Bankaccount.
On their Site they say after approved withdraw it can take up to 4 Days (depending on my Bank) until the Money shows in the Account.
The Live Chat told me a few times to wait another Day or two. Yesterday they wanted to contact their Financedepartment and get back to me.
There is still no Money and they didnt get back to me. I will not be put off again for whatever Days.
