I have made a withdrawal of 500 Euro on the 02.05., it should have taken at most 4 working days to receive my money, but up to this day, no one even knows where it is. Apparently they are waiting for the answer from the payment provider, had to send in my bank statements a few times, and live chat keeps telling me to just wait. I have been waiting for too long now for this to be happening, not my fault that the payment provider and Rizk casino have communication problems. As compensation you get those great 25 Freespins and an apology, but have not seen a single penny of my money yet. After almost 3 weeks this is becoming a joke, never had these troubles before with just withdrawing money on any casino site.
