I requested a payout 2/11/17. My verification was delayed. My payout was finally approved 3/8/17. I have chatted with many online reps, my payout was escalated twice - so I'm told. I was told my payout was put on the top of the list-again, so I was told. I played at the casino last month because i was told I would be receiving my check any day. Now when I inquire its still the same, they don't know. I have tried to be patient, but, they seem to have NO IDEA when I will finally get my payout check for $814 if ever. Can you help me?
