03/11/2017 I made an application to withdraw money from the Captain Jack Casino. After only 45 days 04/24/2017 the payment was approved and it violates the policy of the casino (not more than 15 days). There problems with payment of money too. 30 days have already passed but there is no money on the account (they had to be paid out during 10 days). Nobody is going to pay out the money. Nobody answers the e-mail letters.
I ask the representative of the casino for help getting my money ($200).
