I have received 3 separate emails from Planet 7 confirming withdraws on (3/29, 4/2, and 4/6) for amounts of $425, $425, and $623?( the amount escapes me, its been awhile). In chat sessions with the site these amounts have been verified, all documents are in order, but the site just makes excuses as to the reasons for delays. My case is always escalated and I'm asked to bear with them. What choice do I have? I hope you can help.
