I originally submitted for withdrawal on Mach 18th denied after several weeks of waiting. Resubmitted and several more weeks pass then finally approved for withdrawal but, still waiting. First they say its still waiting approval then when I show them proof it is approved then they say now you have to wait for approval to send...I have been waiting since March 8th for 400.00
