On April 7th, I withdrew $400 and the casino only wired $174 to my bank account. The rest disappeared. Then, On April 27th and April 30th, I withdrew $500 and $600 respectively neither of which I have seen a single dime from. Silver Oak tried to say I needed to 'Reverify all my documents", every six months and I had to resend everything again, even though they had already proven they had all they needed by wiring in the $174 just a few weeks earlier. When I asked for the balance of my $400 and my $500 and $600 withdrawals, all of a sudden they were 'lacking paperwork'. I did receive verification that all my documents are complete, but they still will not answer my emails or tell me where my missing balance is from my $400 withdrawal OR my $500 and $600 withdrawals. PLEASE HELP.
