Staybet casino has agreed that my funds were never attached to a bonus or wagering. My documents had already been approved before this withdrawal. After attempting a credit card withdraw they advised this was not possible. I then attempted a Neteller withdrawal (which they advised me to do) and then they said they are having problems with Neteller withdrawals. Not to mention my withdrawals kept bouncing back to my account. At this point I had already been trying to withdraw for a week. I have now attempted a bank wire withdrawal and have not received a reasonable response in 5 days. Payments / support team said it would be done over the weekend. The withdrawal is still "Pending withdraw " on the following Wednesday and they are now saying it should be done by the end of next week! Clearly this is a purposeful payment delay as the withdrawal remains reversible for the entire time period. A cheap way to prevent withdrawals but a huge customer turnover I am sure.
