I have been waiting over a month for my payout. All I keep hearing is its being escalated. I even informed them that my house just burned down losing everything and my dogs vet bills are over 1300.00 dollars trying to save her life and still nothing. Where is the compassion. My cash out is 1107.25 that is peanuts to the thousands I've gambled on this site without a payout. Now I finally win and I can't get paid. I don't understand what possibly they could be doing that it takes this long to get a Bitcoin withdrawl. I won 2,596.00 a year ago with ignition casino including verification process I had my money in 3 days via Bitcoin. We will see what happens but I guess I shouldn't play here any more. I need those funds desperately to recover and take care of my three kids.
