I was approved for a 865 US$ withdrawal from cool cat casino on the 25th of April 2017, to my Neteller account, I supplied all the details that i had to and even recieved conformation that it was all good and approved, after not recieving this by the 5th of May and already talking to 2 live chat staff i contacted the casino via live chat yet again only to be told that i had to supply my neteller details again. It has now been over a month since i was first approved for this withdrawal and still no one can tell me how long it is going to take .. i have since sent emails to the support and withdrawals department without any reply, i have spoken to six live chat employees and all they can tell me is that it has been escalated to the manager but oddly my pay out days start over again. Pay outs are meant to be paid out quicker if depositing into an e-wallet (neteller) but even then it states on there site - Standard Approval: All Standard withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved, or denied, within 10 -15 business days of your request.
• Your payment will be made within 10 business days after approval, Express or Standard. But i just keep getting the run around and don't think i will be seeing any of my winnings.
