I'd like to complain regarding the highly dubious delay to a large withdrawal request I've made to Party Casino.
Note, since the 26th May...I've had around 5 withdrawals approved, ranging in value from £20 to £100 (the last being one on the 29th May).
However, the withdrawal request I for £300 I made on the 26th May still hasnt been approved, despite numerous calls and emails.
Note, the companies own SLA deemed the renewal should have been approved yesterday at 6pm Eastern Time.
I've been told by different agents that the money will be with me shortly (before 6pm Central time yesterday), and nod being told 3:30pm today)...so it appears they're simply delaying the payment in the hope I spend the balance.
