Why will you not process my withdraw that I requested last Monday it's been one week I'm a verified and establish player and extremely frustrated I've emailed support managers chatted to know avail!
I have been given every excuse under the moon as to why they have not paid me such as they had too many winners at once, my withdrawal was too large of an amount (1200 usd)I didn't reply back to Support and the list goes on.
They have no phone support so you are really at thier will when it comes to response time.
I'm beginning to believe that they just don't have the funds to pay their players! Nothing worse than being scammed. I just want one with my withdrawal process and I will never play at this casino again it's too bad because I've had an account for 10 years
