I really need some help! I've been calling ruby slots every week since Dec of last year. Every withdrawal that I've made have been approved and the only thing I've seen since then was around 950.00 dollars and I'm owed over 40,000.00. I send them emails when I can't reach them on the phone and they say they return them in 1 business day and I never once have had a return email. All my documents have been updated and they always tell me (when I do speak with them) that they've escalated my payments. I understand waiting a few weeks to 1 month, but this is getting out of hand and I'm scared I'm not going to get what's owed to me. I have all my approved withdrawals I can send to you along with every withdrawal that I've made. Please help!
