Hi. I playd on staybet casino and won 1000 euro. After long verification they verifide my accoun(It took 2 weeks). After that i withdrawl my money. About 5-6 days later i look my account and my money was back in staybet account. I contact live chat and ask whats the problem. Problem was that my account was not fully verifyd even though they had send my email and said my account is now verified. They ask me to send them pic of my bank account, so i send them that. After many contact with the live chat onse again they said my account is now verifyd. 2.6.2017 I withdrawl my money. After allmost week(7.6.2017) they but my winnings back to my staybet account. I contact the live chat and they said ther was some tecnical broblem. So onse again Im waiting my money. Its been over three weeks to wait them to bay my money and im tired, It not should be this hard. I have never faced something like this befor in any casino and I have playd in many of them. For the staybet I have been honest and very patient. If you have any respect to you players yo will resolve this issue. I have saved every chat and all emails staybet have send.
