I won $4300 and to this point I have been paid $350, my first withdrawal of $2000 was reduced to $350, My second withdrawal was denied (see email below) because I have not placed any bets in the past 30 days. I even submitted a bitcoin address for payment, as an alternative to bank wire deposit.

My response,
So inactive means not making any bets? Anything else? If you can't or will not pay your advertised winning commitments, which is very basic for a legitimate casino, please just tell me and stop wasting my time.
Your site says a max withdrawal of $2000 per request which I made on May 11th, to this point you have paid $325.
Personally I don't think you have any intention of paying your obligation, but at least have the decency to admit you don't have the ability to pay your obligation.
