On 3/20/17 I requested a $600 withdrawal. That same day I received an email from Planet7 confirming my request had been received with the instructions that I should return the verification documents to help@planet7mail.com. Later the same day I emailed to that address a copy of my drivers license, front and back of my credit card, my bank statement, and the required form completed.
On 3/29/17, I called planet7 to inquire the status of my withdrawal and was told they didn't have my documents. The representative told me to send them to documents@planet7mail.com.
On 4/21/17, I tried to call but there was never an answer. I emailed payouts@planet7casino.com to inquire the status and I have never received an email response.
For the next month, I tried calling with no luck but would have an online chat with planet7 representatives every week and was told each time that I should receive my $600 very soon.
it's June 9th and I have yet to receive my withdrawal.
