Hello, Made a withdrawl of 3107SEK June 12th with the hope that they this time would actually keep their time limit of 24h for accepting withdrawls.
I was wrong. I sent them a mail after 24h asking them how long it usually takes and got this response:
Dear xxxx,
Thank you for your email regarding your withdrawal.
I do not have a time frame for how long it takes to complete the withdrawal as it depends on many factors.
However I can see that you requested your withdrawal on the 12th of June and I will ask them to speed up the process for you.
As soon as we have an update we will contact you via email.
If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us again.

That was sent to me June 14
I also been in contact with the support via chat on their site but the one i talked with knew nothing about anything and ended up with the answer that alot of people are winning so it might take some time.
I have then been waiting for my withdrawl to be approved but havnt heard a word. I have made withdrawls from the site before and all documents have been approved back the so it should not be a problem. especially since they havnt asked for me to reupload them.
