On 04/04/17, I requested a Bit Coin payout of $577.50 (see attached). On 04/15/2017, my withdrawal was approved for $350.00 (this was my $35 x 10 max payout for bonus, see attached). On 04/19/2017, Cool Cat acknowledged my crypto address (see attachment).
On 06/13/2017, CC customer svc told me that "It should have been taken care of already so I apologize, but it will be taken care of." I asked when I should check back if it wasn't, to which she responded "Friday" (6/16 - see attachment).
On 06/16/2017, I contact customer service as told. I asked the cs rep to please update me on my withdrawal. I didn't hear back from him after that (I waited on chat for approx 30 mins - see attachment).
I have to say - every time I've reached out to their customer service, they're always very nice and professional - and I've never had problems withdrawing from them in the past. It's just frustrating that my payment hasn't posted yet. Bitcoin has gone from $1,180 to $2,485 in the time that my withdrawal was approved to now!
