I have been requesting to withdraw the winnings and scanned my documents, sent my credit cards then send everything again and i keep getting the same answers with countless of emails with the same thing! We never really go forward and i am tired waiting too long since May or so. I need to close my account, but i want to get my winnings first. It is frustrating that to deposit is so simple but getting your wins is annoying! How is this possible i read other reviews a lot of people are leaving the casino because of this issues!
