Planet 7 Casino - Delayed payment and unhelpful chat agents

I requested a $2500 withdrawal by bitcoin from Planet 7 on May 18, which was approved for the full amount on May 23. Due to previous experience with slow withdrawals from another casino in this group I checked in with chat agents starting two weeks after the withdrawal was approved and first chat on June 7 simply confirmed that the withdrawal was approved and in process. Chat agent on June 13 told me the same thing. Agent on June 17 said they re-escalated it and it is now priority one (I was not told by the previous agent it had been escalated, and apparently Priority 1 means I keep asking about the withdrawal as Silver Oak told me the same thing 5 times.) Today, June 21, which is now 21 business days since approval (their terms and conditions state payment between 10 and 20 business days from approval) agent tells me that my withdrawal is at the processing stage. This is the same stage it has been for three weeks now. I see from other complaints that there is supposedly a "backlog with our processors and this is what is causing the delays" (quoted from a message from Tawni posted today.) What I want to know is when can I expect my withdrawal, and would request that all the casinos in this group update their terms and conditions with the real time frames for withdrawals. Even if the time frames are a month or two, it would save a lot of frustration on players if they know how long they can expect to wait.
