It has been almost 2 months since my last withdrawal request (from 05/04/2017) and still no payout has been processed to this day. I have provided every document on time that was needed and have been waiting so long for the processing of my wining payouts. I have approved withdrawal requests from 05/11/2017 for $ 2092, 05/18/2017 for $ 1636, 05/26/2017 for $ 2126 +372, 06/02/2017 for $ 1208, 06/09/2017 for $ 2500, 06/19/2017 for $ 2227, 06/26/2017 for $ 2500, with total approved amount of $14,661 and the other $10,628 still waiting for approval. I read all the terms and conditions when I first started playing a few years ago and I have read them again before I requested a payout to make sure I was doing everything according to the Silver oak casino’s rules. I did multiple phone calls, requested for assistance through online chat, and E-mailed silver oak casino VIP host several times and all I get is excuses and more excuses in addition to confirming to me that they had all the documents they needed and that most of my payouts had been approved and should be in my bank account sooner than later. Unfortunately, I still haven't received any payment as of today and the delayed payments are beyond reasonable period of time and causing me so much frustration. Please help me resolve this issue.
