I have played here for very long time. I am VIP player and have spent large sum of money there. on October 28 I hit jackpot 1000 reels bc for $111,000.00 I played 1 hr longer and cashed out at $114,000.00. I emailed all of my documents they were verified and accepted they promised me in 6 weeks I would get some money. they have sinced closed my account and will not accept calls from me and totally ignore my emails. they would contact me several times a day and night pressuring me to play but now they wont accept my calls. I won this jackpot fair and square and I will do everything within my power to make them honor their policies. will you please contact them for me to see what the issue is they are having concerning this.
