Three separate withdrawals were requested and approved in early April. I have 2-5 chats a week with support. Who all tell me it's in another department and to continue to be patient. Case has been escalated 3 times but still has not found any resolution. If it's going to take months to get paid at least give us real status updates. The "we are only the front of house and can't contact any other department" line makes planet 7 feel like a giant scam.
