I have had an approved payment of $400 in Captain Jack Casino since 06/02/2017. I waited 7 days after the approval of payment as written in the terms and conditions of the casino, but the money wasn’t transferred on my account. I check my account daily but nobody pay out the money. I’m tired of waiting. I think that $400 isn’t such a big sum for such a famous casino, which must be detained for payment more than 30 days. Help me, please!
