The insert below is a confirmation of payment on $412 in winnings posted in April/early May 2017. As in all previous withdrawals, payment is delayed and reasons why are endless, but this is the latest ruse by Planet 7: Once I won a few pots and requested withdrawals, I logged in to find my Player Classification is now changed to "Skilled Player" from "Level 2 VIP". OK... I assumed (incorrectly) that this new classification is a bump up to First Class, that response would be improved, bonuses would be better, Planet 7 Casino life would be good.
Not so. It turns out that if you're lucky enough to actually cash out a few pots ( and invoke the AskGambler Nuclear Option to finally secure those payments, you are DEMOTED to "Skilled Player", the Bonuses vanish, Daily Free Spins removed, and the casino generally hopes you will go away. Planet 7 does not respond well to criticism, nor do they intend to. Only if pressed by enough negative publicity will they abide by their own stated contractual agreements.
If I can only secure this last Approved Payout, the casino will just have to survive without my patronage, because I will not invest another cent there, nor would I advise any other player to do so. In my humble - but experienced - opinion, The casino staff should be fired and/or prosecuted and the casino closed!
