It has been 40 days since my 3 withdrawal reuest were "approved" totaling $3,500.00. To get your request approval it takes 7-10 business days and they were all approved In 14 business days. All paperwork (documentation) is and has been in order so there shouldn't be a problem with that.
The terms of the withdrawal process says payment should be received within 10-20 business days. Time has come and gone. I reached out to customer service day 20 and they gave me the same run around answer they give to any one. "We are experiencing high volume of request ..it's a 3rd party finance dept ..sorry for the delay we assure you will get your money please be patient blah blah blah" they also "escalated " my request.
Another week passed and nothing. I reached out again Day 25 ..I got the same answer again and this time my request was "escalated" again this time by a manager.
Another week passed and nothing. I reached out again Day 30 got the same run around crap and another "escalated" request. They said I should hear something next week.
Another week has passed and nothing. I reached out again this past Thursday (6/29/2017)and what do you think I got ...same exact run around answer with yet another escalated request.
This is bs and I'm extremely frustrated and feel I am getting scammed and will never get paid out. 4 different escalations and I haven't heard a peep from anyone there except the same generic answer. All my paperwork was in order before I made the withdrawal requests I'm done waiting and being patient.
