It was on 13th April that I have sent the docs for verification and immediately got a response from the casino that my docs would be processed and verified right away. Unfortunately, shortly after that i discovered that my casino account was empty. On the 1st of June I sent the email to the casino asking what was the reason for the casino to take away my win and got no answer since then. The casino ignored me completely without any explanation. It seems the casino is just not willing to pay my win.
