I won around 52000 but Uptownaces makes it extremly difficult to me to withdraw my winings. First the support told me that weekly limit for transfers to neteller is at 10'000. But I can enter only 2 x 2500 in the payout section and get no clear answers why it is like that. Now they say manager suddenly changed the terms and set weekly limit to 2500. So this would take 20 weeks to payout my 52000??? Even more cos every single payout request takes another 48h to be reviewied and confirmed. They said once the first payout has been processed i am able to enter more but only 2500 to neteller. I should choosed different options and mix them. So i have to make a skrill account too just to payout? For me it seems they just try to hold me back so i play more and loose all again. Why is it so extremly difficult to payout these winings?!
