in May this year Betspin has closed my account due to self exclusion. Now they closed it at the time I had ingame freespins at hall of gods. After the sefl exclusion period at Guts was over .. my betspin account was open and I tried to play my remaining Freespins.

thats just an outright lie .. they just deleted it and came up with a made up story of a stuck game round .. even if so, there shld be 7 freespins left.
I paid for this to get this ingame Bonus and they just try everything to not give me this Freespins. Which can be worth between 5,90 and thousands of euros.
I tried my best to go over their support and after waiting so long they just stole my spins and gave me 2 euro.
