This player has been paid out and I deserve my winnings just like them. Just because I'm in a different time zone doesn't give them the right to not pay me out. I clicked TryLuck and it's Wednesday, 7/12/2017 here. I was quickly brushed off by their facebook customer service and live support.
Fortune Jack didn't even respond to my support ticket that I placed about this issue. They won't make things right and I'm an active and valuable customer to them. I honestly can't believe this and will not be recommending this casino to anyone else.
Attached is the evidence. My username is Aces23. You can clearly see my name on the emails and the website and I played today. They don't respect players time zones and I should have every right to claim my bonus. I have made numerous deposits on this site and met all the requirements. I am looking for FortuneJack to make this right and take care of a valued customer.
